Aatmadeepah is the embodiment of Dr. Kanika’s lifelong journey into spirituality, self-discovery, and holistic well-being. Inspired from a young age by the wisdom of her grandfather, Kanika’s spiritual spark was ignited early. At just nine years old, under his gentle guidance, she began practicing yoga—unfolding a path that would shape the very essence of her life.
